Hi, I am Anize.
I am a Counselling Psychologist registered as an independent psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I am passionate about assisting people on their journey to become the best version of themselves. Creating and holding space for my clients to face the challenges that keep them from reaching their full potential, is important to me. I believe it is in this space and the relationship created therein – between client and therapist – where the change happens.
I have been trained in a variety of theoretical frameworks and practical techniques, including:
