Hypnotherapy is powerful and rewarding for therapeutic gals. Hypnotherapy can assist in facilitating relief and profound change within a shorter time-frame than some more traditional therapies. Depending on the client and their individual process, hypnotherapy can be used own it’s own or part of a therapeutic process. I am an internationally certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH). I have also been trained in the Eriksonian model of hypnotherapy, originally developed by Milton E Erikson at the Milton Erikson Institute of South Africa (MEISA).
Hypnotherapy can be successful for a range of struggles, some of which include:
- Stress,
- Self-confidence and self-esteem,
- Self-development,
- Decision making,
- Anxiety and phobias,
- Struggles around eating,
- Performance – work, sport and goal setting,
- During pregnancy and in preparation for childbirth,
- Pain management (e.g. fybromyalgia and chronic pain),
- Smoking cessation,
- Trauma.
