Rushing, Anxious, Go Go Go! Try slow it down and live in the now

Feeling anxious and experiencing frequent anxiety is often related to a future-only focus, and feeling as though one should have already achieved or completed something, should be more, better and so forth. This can directly affect ones self-esteem and confidence.

Finding the pause button in our lives can be so tough, yet bring so much reward. Living in the now and experiencing life as we live it, bringing ourselves back to today.

We achieve and reach our goals and dreams by making today count. Living fully today, that’s fulfillment!

Anxiety is brewed and fed by focusing on the future, looking at what you still need to do and what you haven’t yet done. Try slow down, notice what you are busy with, check in with yourself. See if you can recognize context and stick to one context (or task) at a time, moving from one to the next with awareness.
